just go to your store with your phone and reciept and they should do it. may ask you to come back the next day. writing an email is a waste of time (as you can see)

whoops, too late, i explained about fw and stuff and wrote it as a formal email ( learn from me lol) like camera driver 3.10 with r2ae033 and at the end i put

my mates dont have a clue about phones. they thought a k500 had bluetooth. i was like "i wish"!!!!!!!!!! anyway see what cpw say. it took them over a week to reply back to me. let me know what they say because i need a fw upgrade too.

Hi,
I recently purchased a sony ericsson k700i on orange and have read on a forum i
can get a software (firmware) upgrade from the carphone warehouse. I am
extremely intrested as this will clear some bugs and make my phone run smoother
( camera driver 3.10 with r2ae033 firmware) and will also debrand my phone so i
can use the more softkey, the user interface returns to normal and more free
memory space. I would also use my friends as a messanger service on my phone.
Enough said, i have the reciept giving the date bought, price etc ( which i
guess is the warranty which hasnt ran out) and was wondering if this service is
possible free.

so its telling me what to do, it seems its a ready made email though
idris though, what a cool name!!!not as good as dante, so ill go ask my cpw locally and see if this is true!
