hey, sony ericsson repairs in the UK are awful and take a long time! on average, around 10-14
working days. SE contract out their repairs to a company called Celestica, their number is 01952230402, you might get further by calling them! (Im pretty sure actually that when you call SE about repairs they re-direct you to celestica if i remember right!)
