@ EastCoast: I read about this, close to a month ago, on engadget.com, I would have posted something here, but I assumed it had already been mentioned.

chually I have heard f something very similar to this, but it was done to a 9v battery and capicitors, you can build them your self, i thought about making them to charge my phoen in emergentcy as they charge in like 20 seconds

jenbones. hehe. Actually it does say "The battery has a long life cycle, losing only 1% of capacity after 1,000 cycles of discharging and recharging " so I think you'll get more than 5 charges out of it
Considering that current lithium batteries get only about 500-1000 charge cycles before the battery has lost 100% capacity, I think these new batts sound pretty good!!
