I think he's saying the actual menus are gone, rather than the timers being reset, but I'm not certain!

I upgraded using Davinci to R2AL029 and I can't see the Time and Cost menu anymore, but I used to when I had R2AE033. Experienced the same thing. I haven't noticed anything else on this firmware.
