I decided to come back with some developements on this topic. I find the whole thing extraordinary. My vibe alert was working perfectly before i took it to the service centre, its switched on in sound and alerts and it registers in the service menu yet its still not working.

It definately has to be the software which is version R2E006, i would be intersested to hear from anyone who has this SW version and have experienced similiar problems.

You know its weird, I was speaking to a rep at the centre today and she said that they'll have it back in as the SW may not have been fully installed???????????????? Is that possible?

I don't want to labour the point but i have also noted that sms's in the sent items folder come up as pending even when they have been delivered and opened.

Don't say i never warned you, upgrading you t68 may result in reduced functionality of your phone.

The sequence that he said its wrong man !

You have to move joystick 1 time right then press * then 2 times left then press * and again one time left then once again press *

There will show you a menu which used for the service test ok

GOOD LUCK MAN!
