umm, i'm not into e-buying of stuff yet so i have no idea about such stuff... so i have a question. What is "Cash On collection".. doesn't it mean that one has to pay cash AFTER receiving the phone?.. what if someone chooses that method of payment? Then what does he receive in such scams?

cash on collection, i think that ois where you meet up at a certain place or the sellers house and pay cash to collect the item

yeah, so if you are paying cash on collection, once u collect- u'd realise that this isn't what was advertised and then u don't pay at all... doesn't it work that way? I'm confused here..
