You'll be better getting rid of the phone unless you wanna have it serviced every 20 days. Se has included the most pathetic joysticks in k500 and j200 so dont expect anything out of them. The k7 has quite a bad joystick too but it generally lasts 3-5months....with the k5 and j200 they've taken it down to 1-4weeks
Get rid of it and buy a t230.
