Total MultiServer has come a long way and is the best and easiest for debranding/flashing/unlocking. I liked Setool because you can replace files on the phone but now I just use TMS.
NOTE: TMS will only work with the T28 Service cable, no other cable (data cable or DSS) will work.

I used to always say SE Tool, but as it's difficult to get credits anymore, I had to find an alternative. I haven't tried TMS, but went for DaVinci as the credits were a lot cheaper. I haven't used any yet, but I may be flashing a phone tonight. I'm sure it will go fine...
