The N70 is a non-flip, is that a consideration for you? If not, it does have a 2 mega-pixel camera - but NO auto-focus. The pictures will not substitute a digital camera, but are okay for fun shots and PC wallpapers. It's higher resolution than the Sony Ericsson, but not up to N90 or Sharp 902 standards.
Also it uses RS-MMC cards, these max out (currently) at 512mb so that will be your limit for pictures, video and mp3. If you don't intend to encode TV or videos onto the phone or use it as a primary mp3 player, that won't be a problem. The Sony Ericsson uses Memory Stick Pro DUO which currently maxes out at 2gb which is more than double an iPod Shuffle if you add onboard memory, although prices are about a third higher (even if you shop around eBay).

Nokia 6680 is an upgrade of the Nokia 6630, it has an extra forward facing camera for video calling. The camera is 1.3 mega-pixels so it's not the same as a N70.

i realy like the design of the Z800 !!!!
but i have S700 & it will be the same just 3G & non CCD camera !
that's why it's important for me to know which one to get !
coz the Z800 cannot run agile messanger or opera or any other programms ....
is there any java app with HTML support ?

I would say 6680, as I have had the v800/z and yeah its a good phone but alot of limitations. The main factor being not able to read emails that I receive from Japan even though they are written in English..for some reason the Z800 can not translate it were as the 6680 can.
I also rate Nokia on there cameras...as much as I am not a Nokia fan but I have read really good review on the 6680. I probably will have one by the end of the week so might give you a better hind site.
