I honestly think SE should do away with joystick although I can't say how I'll play games on their phones. Thus far I've had three SE phones with joysticks but my K700 has started giving me problems in just it's 2nd month of me owning it... Must be the games... I've cut down on using the joystick when playing games.

My T68i had a wonky joystick, and my first T610 had a wonky joystick. My K700 is bang on center, but has started playing up after around 7 months
I second the motion for getting rid of the joystick. A pad (like 6230i) would be far more robust.

I think the rocker joystick in the t230 is better than normal joysticks. No problems whatsoever inspite of extremely heavy usage!

I prefer D-pads like the Z600 and Z800 have..
Btw, my K700i joystick seems fine after over 10 months of ownership and hard use.

I agree.D pads seem to last forever.I was thinking about getting the k750,but i get the gut feeling they're gonna implement the same joystick has the k700.Think i'll wait for some 3 months or so after intro, and await user reviews.
