Without a shadow of doubt the k750. Its an improved s700 aswell as k700.
s700 limits you too 128mb memory whereas the k750 will allow users in the future to add 4gb cards.
s700 has the beautiful 320x240 screen although you cannot zoom into videos and watch it on the huge screen. k750 you can.
s700 is a last years phone, a very good one but the k750 is the latest and has a few extra things. Ie, video edit.
K750 has an improved camera with more integrated camera features such as macro mode, auto focus...
The only thing which could sway you towards the s700 is the bigger screen, and maybe in your opinion the design??. Everything else k750 wins.

Although it claims to be 'walkman' it all sounds great when thinking about it like that... BUT there isnt much difference between the w800 and k750 EXCEPT flight mode. Unless your prefere the design of the w800 AND the Flight Mode is a major factor to you, then go for the w800, but i would prefere to get the k750 as its gonna be cheaper, released first, prefere the design and it has a video edit which is one more feature then the w800.
The only thing mentioned like a billion times before, is the sound output which could sway one to the other model.
Lets just hope they're both equally loud, or loud enough. As the k700's loudspeaker was quite, aswell as sound through the headphones.
Major factor for the incomers.
