If you are a "noob" with internet don't play with it
. Even if you have a static ip a good router and firewall will keep you safe ! I don't recommend anonymous proxy that you can find on the internet for security reason, the best way is to ask your ISP if they don't have a proxy.

I know of some software that hides your IP and has the ability to change your IP to almost every thing! It is possible to choose from what country your IP appears! Could be quite fun to use a IP from some freaky country and visit your friends webpage, so when he is looking over his traffic stats, he will see many visits from a country that he didnt even know about! This could also be usable to accsess webpages that are locked for locals!
I dont remember the name of this software, but it sounded good for me who allways has the same IP. But the only bad thing is that it isnt any demo or trial available. I have been looking on p2p nets to find this software with no luck
I will find out the name of this software to morrow and post it, so you can help me to do a search for it! Or if any of esato RichBitch wants to buy it fot us
