where can I download the latest one from? & how can I do it myself? I got the IrDA Device & the dockstation as well, could you please guide me

you can update the firmware by going to the
website, going to the relevant p-series page (p800, p900, or p910) and clicking on support for this device (or something like that) and the rest is explained step by step. make sure you backup the phone contents first becuase the firmware will delete all the data you currently have on the internal memory

P800 on the SE site like you can the P900 and P910
take it to your nearest service centre but of course its out of warranty now so you will have to pay something but your guess is as good as mine how much that will be as it varies totally on the place you take it in my experience
