thats a complete reinstallation of the operating software...you can do it thru the syncstation and an internet enabled pc...but i think you should take it to a service centre.....
by the way...does the keyboard come up if you try tocreate an sms or use any other function e

You need to go to the menu. Web/open web page/ then tap on the line with www in. Then hit the keyboard icon.
Also ceck under control panel/text input, that under the primary or alternative tab the virtual keyboard is shown.

iv done all that, When i go to control panel/ Text input / Primary input its set to CICs JotPro and wen i click the box down theres either that or none?? there is no option for virtual keyboard! the only time i can see tht is alternative input??
