depends what you use it for the nokia is a good smart phone where as the s700 really only much use if you like taking pictures or you coul get a k700 you could wait for the k750 but tit could be a long wait until you get one that is bug free the samsung is ok easy to use do you really nedd the extra memory

This has the advantage of listening to music as the MMC card can go up to a 1gb and above. Whereas s700 is limited to 128mb and d500 hasnt got an expandable memory card.
S700 - If you want a phone with great camera cabiliites then this is the best. It also has a great WOW factor.
d500 - If you want to be unique... then dont get this. Just about every chav has it. It has the worst camera out of the lot. No expandable memory. Only reason for one to get it is, if you think it looks nice.
If you want a compact phone then get this, as the other 2 are much bulkier compared.
I would suggest the nokia as its the most complete phone. It has a 1.3mega pixel cam, expandable mem which isnt limited to only 128mb. It has more features then both the phones.
Im only baseing it on a COMPLETE phone as, i dont know what sort of phone you're looking for.
Also... if you can wait then i would suggest the k750.
k750 - 2megapixel camera... beats all of them above. Expandable memory which can go up to 2gb+. Compact. This year's phone which means you'll be more unique. Beats both the s700 and d500 for features, although the 3230 is a smartphone and could destroy the others out of site. 3230 = bulky.

if ur gonna listen to mp3s a lot, u shud consider k750i,
3230, although it can play mp3s, plays music in dual mono, so ull hear the same music thru both the earpieces of the headset
also, k750i - 2MP vs 3230 - 1.3 MP
music and camera are the 2 main reasons i chose not to buy the 3230 and rather wait for the k750i.
