what he actually says is that on 2 programs the joystick works perfectly while on everything else is broken :)

Hi Guys,
I know I could get it fixed at a service centre, just wanted to share the strange behaviour. As I said, I'm not going to bother, the phone functions perfectly well, and the one flaw is only a minor one. I'm going to be giving the phone to my partner to replace his old Nokia, and I'm sure he won't be bothered by the joystick issue, especially as he doesn't mess about with his phone like I do, so will simply be using it to make calls and send SMS messages.

when i thought my k700i joystick broke i soon figuired out it was because the side service button was beeing held in, make sure its not stuck in.
