Everything is possible with emulator! But I dont think the P910 cpu can run it, as most pdas have much more cpu than the P-series!

I'm don't think it's worth the effort.
But I think older versions could be emulated quite well!
My Palm V, the most ergonomic PDA *ever* had a 16 mhz processor.

mkstoolkit and cygwin both run unix stuff on Windows..
virtual pc runs on mac
vmware runs on windows and unix..
None of them can be used to compare to palm on symbian..
The answer is no, but your example doesn't wash either.
