A few bugs and bacteria is good for you anyway - helps you build up your natural immunity to general infections, viruses, etc.
I'd rather have the bugs on my phone, and probably get a few that have a load on when I buy a well used secondhand phone to fix!
There are so many ads and surveys telling us our chopping board/phone/washing up brush etc. have more bugs on it than a toilet seat - i have a feeling a toilet seat is actually quite clean!

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger - is the phrase you're looking for
I have just wiped my phone down with a screen wipe an it didn't seem too bad.

It looks like it slipped into some tomato soup and not been cleaned properly
