locking the keypad is the same as the k700i , * and top right hand key.

From my k700 experience when you want to launch something and it restarts that means you have missing or bad files in your FW
Solution: re-install the FW

Did you really click the "Submit" button before you thought this out? Where can we or any for this matter, just pop out and follow your "solution"? A more common sense approach would be for the guy to take his phone back where it was purchased and try to duplicate the error. This makes more sense than: re-install the FW.
Please stop the madness.

I tried the same thing and send the photo to my K700i. No problem at all. I think u should bring your K750i back to the shop who sold it to u and ask for a exchange then! Good luck!

Before u go exchanging your phone- i feel that since it's happening only with one phone i.e. 6630, check the bluetooth visibility name set for the 6630- i had read that if there are tabs or abnormal spaces in the device name, then the searching phone cannot read the name and restarts. Mainly happens with nokias though. Maybe same with k750. This message was posted from a T610

thanks, i will try that, if not i will have to go back to the o2 store and see what they say, but its weird because it only happens with the 6630, tried it with my mates fones today (D500, T610 K700 etc) quite a lot of fones and they worked fine its just weird that it happens on 6630 i need to find another person that has one to see if its only the 6630 that it doesnt work with
