) !!! I think people who say it has bad sound quality have not pushed the earphones plug fully in, as it sounds lame like that !!! Though i have not fully tested with many MP3's, so ill stay optimistic!!! This is one quality accessory

i have the mp3 add on for my t68i, its a pretty good sound quality, although the sound quality from my siemens sl45i was a bit better, and also, the add on has a habit of unconnecting itself at the slightest movement (anyone else have this problem? )
other than that, i am well happy with it

The quality is fine for me. Comparing the MP3 with that of another phone like the seimans is valid I guess, but if all you want is amazing sound, then get the seimans! I love my T39, the MP3 is a cool extra that's smaller than my discman, so I can keep it with me at all times. If I want great quality I pick up my discman and drop in a CD!
