It is part of routine. It vanishes the way it comes. One of the ways to reduce it is to blame ourselves for that situation.:-(

Blaming oneself only serves to increase depression. Best way would be to go out with some friends, pass the time and do some activity to get your mind off your worries.

@Ayush
Are you nuts? Do you walk around with a cyanide tablet in your pocket in case you find a situation you can't handle? Suicide is never a good solution for depression. In fact it is the sign that you've lost the battle and been overwhelmed by the depression.
I agree with the previous post that said: go out with some friend's, take your mind off it.

'Keep your loveletter's, Throw away your old bank statements'

Ever talked to anyone trained to listen and help with depression? Make an appointment with your doctor, he'll be able to get you the help and advise you need. Sharing here was a start, you need to speak to people who can really help and understand. Good luck my friend.

Hey, Ayush, i think i have pretty much the same situation... My mom pisses me for everything. It all started 6 yrs ago when papa died. :( well i just keep cheering me up with every single nice moment in my life. I still love my mom she's just got too much to hold on her shoulders now when me and my brother(stupid asshole- hes 24 and still lives in family) live without dad.
