@jack:
Did you try the SE site???
http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]1_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&pid=10242

select a service and follow the instructions.. then you will receive a message on your K750i asking you to install file... click yes... then choose another service.. etc,...

good luck

try turning off the phone....

I had that problem at first, then I turned off the phone.. Went back to SE's website, requested the files again... and it worked..

Did you check your phone settings?? under Connectivity>Data comm.>preferred service- make sure you have selected: GPRS and GSM
Also check "data accounts" settings to be PictureMessaging- APN should be : wap.voicestream.com (that's for MMS)
For internet settings- your internet profile should be T-Zones GPRS

btw, all the settings above are based on my current phone settings.

I wasnew to this as well, but after having the same problems, i was able to fix them without TMobile's help...

Seems like a lot of people is having k750i/T-zones problems, so I'm not alone. But my problem is still at the elementary level , I think. I download wap settings from both SE and T-mobile (using T637 setting), and they both seem to be the same exact settings, but whenever I go to internet services and click on any link, all it says it "Connection failed. Check network coverage or data and internet settings."
I contected T-mobile several times, but they can't seem to help me. in the beginning they said that it might be something with their system, and told me to wait, but now it has been over 10 days since I signed up for t-zones.
Any help or suggestions on how to get the thing running will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

i suggest you re-setup your phone (i.e. get the settings from SE's website, under setup phone).... try that..

also, check your settings.. Internet Profile should be Tzone GPRSl use Proxy, and enter ip address...etc,..

I've been able to configure WAP by going to the SE site. But I get still get a blank page when trying to connect to t-zones (wap.myvoicestream.com). Has anyone been able to get to t-zones with the k750i?

@eric..
same here.. but something crazy happened a week or so ago. I was fiddling around with my phone, and i checked to c if tzones is up (i check from time to time in hopes that Tmobile got that features fixed on the K750i), and voila!!!.. i was able to get it up and surfing!!.. i tried it twice and no problem.. few days later, i tried getting on again, and nothing... nothing to this day.. I am not sure what's happening, but i feel as Tmobile has something to do with or just a special setting on the phone that i must of had b4..

i know for sure the only setting variance was clicking "WAP" instead of "HTTP" in order to get tzones.. but cant duplicate.....

a thing of concern to me is: trying to type wap.myvoicestream.com into ur PC web browser gives: "this site is under construction and coming soon"... hhhmmmm

Thanks. Hopefully they'll fix things in time.

I think I read someplace that you can get directly to locations under the t-zones home page if you know the actual address. Where can you find these? I'm particularly interested in my e-mail as well as news, weather, etc. I like that these can be customized from the T-mobile web page. Or are there better sites for this?

Thanks in advance.

Eric

Hi everyone, I wasted 3 hours with 3 level of support of TMobile to get the free WAP and it never worked. The "expert" at Level 3 said the T-Zones would not work unless I get the $5.99 plan as the phone is not supported.

Now i got the plan and all wap sites work. I can also reach most web sites through the Opera browser. But...T-Zones still don't show up. It shows a blank page with "Text" in the title.

I can get through Hotmail and Yahoo but sometimes i get messages from the phone saying its not secure or cannot reach it. Then I try again and it works. I'm still tryign to figure out the "secure" connection.
