I seriously doubt it. SE would lose a lot of money if they had the ability to release the phone now, but hold it back to keep customers happy.
Besides, i doubt SE is swamped with complaints about the phone. We've heard from lots of people on Esato who're unhappy with something about their K750i, but they're only a small majority of the overall amount of owners. The larger majority of people are happy with their K750i and have no bugs at all, or bugs which are acceptable until an update is ready.

K750a ? as in the US version ? AFAIK its not even been announced or confirmed that the phone will even enter the US market.
AFAIK the K750c is out now.

@etaab
The problem here is not the incompatibility of the k750 but the non-respect of the consumers and an archaic marketing, that's why they don't care about us and bring a model 1 month after Dubai release, shame on them!
some people told me that they want to finish s700 stocks and lower the k700 price first...

It's surprising that the K750a hasn't even been announced

i like it that it isn't announced to America, because I hate when I buy a phone, then it's released here like a few months later, and EVERYBODY has it. haha, i just like having a rare phone you know, so people are like "wow what is that?" For example, my Nokia 6230, I bought it when it came out, well a little after, and then in like october 2004, it was released here in the USA, and a lot of people had it... So instead of the initial "holy crap sweet phone!" It just went to "eh, it's just a 6230." haha, you know what i mean?

Americans are ignorant to High end phones and settle for crappy low end phones. All they want a phone for, is to make basic calls.
I on the other hand need a high end phone at all times. I need my BT, WAP, quality cam, video, EDGE, transfer file capabilities,SE interface (which I LOVE), ect...
That is why I converted years ago from Blokia to SE.
Blokia and Motorola are the phones of choise in the U.S.
Hence why I purchase most of my phones on ebay. U.S. consumers are totally ignorant when it comes to cell phone technology.
I'd love to see a SE smart phone with MS windows apps.
Perhaps that would create a buzz for SE in the U.S.

Possibly, but i think its more likely to do with other countries being of higher priority where profits are concerned. Only when SE have got their new product (just like any other company) to the countries where they'll make the most money from first, do they concentrate on the countries which wont yield as large profits.

Heh, i know that feeling well. Only today in work i was sat with 2 colleagues. One of them has a K700i, the other a S700i. The one with the K700i said "is that a higher spec than mine" when talking about the S700i. I said yes, and they both assumed it was higher spec than my new K750i.
Little did either of them know that mine had a 2mp camera, autofocus and 1GB of memory.
I quickly corrected them, and enjoyed doing so.
