I'm in London on business this month, and lost my stylus when I dropped the phone (it was in a case, so the phone's fine...the stylus popped out though). I went to the Sony store on Tottenham, and they were out. They referred me to the SE online store.

Good luck,
paul

I received this from mobilefun - p
--------------------------------------------------
Thank you for your enquiry.

We are a mail order company and do not have a shop. However, a customer can
collect in person from our office, but we will need the following:

1. An order placed on-line with the payment option selected as "Wire
transfer". No need to give any card details.

2. An appointment must be pre-arranged. Please call Sales on +44 (0)870 7500
770.

3. Payment must be by card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Solo, Switch. Delta).
For cash payment, this must be deposited into our bank account, preferably
the day before collection.

4. For card payments an official form of identification, such as a passport,
will be required.

Directions:

The nearest tube station is Blackfriars on the District and Circle Line.
Take the exit along the Victoria Embankment and walk along the river for 200
yard or so. Temple Avenue is the third turning on the right. (The Oxo Tower
is a landmark directly across the river.) Temple Chambers is then on your
left. Take the lift to the third floor and turn right out of the lift. Go
through 2 sets of double doors and 191-192 is on the left.

If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.

I went after work with MasterCard and passport, and no problems. Smooth as silk.

Being a web shop, of course they don't deal with cash, and a passport/id is standard nowadays due to fraud concerns.

What's so complicated?
