i cant send pictures like i said the phones are paired but seek & dont connect or find each other heh just bad luck on my part ill go back to the shop tomorrow and test a new k750i in there and let you know what happens...

went back to o2 today and they swaped the phone asap the lad in the shop said thats the first k750i they have had back with the bluetooth not working...
