Made in the same factory afaik so why pay more for the Sony one?

i am using sandisk 1Gb for a month now, it is great and no problem, and based on its price, it is worth getting over Sony's

unfortunately, i have no idea if there is any difference in terms of speed and quality compared to one of Sony's
