Yes, something quieter would be nice.
It is odd that it can't just silently vibrate!

The users on the other side can hear the vibration, so you have to turn off everything.
The difference between this phone and the others is that in this phone the alarms sound in the external speaker. In regular phones the alarms play in the internal speaker.
