A few things:

1. All people on neowin have been refunded (the issue got out of hand).

2. I have completed 2 good sales on this forum, one for £190 and another for £20. All items were received.

3. Stuart, as you know your item has been delivered to the wrong address, and I have sent in a compensation claim to the Royal Mail. I have already refunded you £50 on the basis that you agree until the investigation by the Royal Mail is complete. This should take no longer than 14 days. However, I have tried to contact you by PM in the past few days and you have not been replying. I wish to discuss arranging to pay you back the full £300, as I am confident the Royal Mail will refund me my monies as I have visited the address in Kilmarnock, and it is empty.

If you can get in touch with me asap, so I can phone you to arrange the further £300 to be refunded.

I was a bit wary before dealing with him as he was a new user and ending up paying by COD and everythin went fine however it was only a few sim cards.

It turns out on another forum he also sold a few sims sucessfully before scamming two people out of £150 each.
Here: http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=343881&st=0

Looks as though he builds up a bit of feedback before scamming on larger items

@handymobilezuk
If you need any more help let me know as I have his address, bank acount and e-mail addresse.

It was not a scam, it was a genuine sale, that never followed through because of problems with my family.

All those people on neowin were refunded fully - and you can contact them direct to confirm that.

Hopefully Stuart (handymobz) will reply to this thread to confirm that he's received his refund in the next few days as well (once i send it!), and stop all this nonsense.

Well, i don't think we'll get anywhere quick with this one - i've tried to call him today twice, and he isn't answering his phone.
