Z200 is not a bad phone at all. I used it for almost a year & that to in a city full of blokias. It kicked blokia's ass every where it could. Only thing u cant download games & themes on this one even though the wap browser gave a tough time to the series 40 blokias. I would say wait 4 the Z520 or get him the Z600. Do search the forum for Z520. U would be amaized with it. Especially the led effect. All the best.
P.S. The blokias started to make flip phones only after seeing the success of se flip phones & samsung, LG r koreans & panasonic is crap. Get ure son an se. He ll definatly be grateful.

If you wait a little the Z520 should be out which is a much better looking phone than the Z500 and it has more features. If he doesn't like it or you he doesn't want to wait, then Samsung is also a good choice.

the samsung X460 is a very good phone for its price, however no camera.

I bought one for my sister a few months back for 55quid from www.lxdirect.com and i must say it surprised me for such a phone to be so cheap and clam shell as clam shells are usually much more expensive. It is just basic though. A great starter phone for your son.

sounds to me he wants something which every flip fone has,
maybe a v220? its not a very good quality screen so v500 maybe...who knows!?
