have you tried uninstalling the new version...then deleting the old version system files through Sman...then reinstall the new version ..maybe that would help...once you do that ..it should ask you if you want to set the app as the default viewer for *x* filetype

I don't think it will ask to make it as the default type for any files...

The biggest update is that you can create/edit power point slideshows...

Other features are smaller, just some improvements...

If you have the new version installed to the memory card this will conflict with the version on the internal rom. The rom version will automatically take precedence over the version on your card. If you un-install the new version (if it is on your card) then re-install it onto internal this will overwrite version 1.3

Hmm...so i think thats where the problem could be.......btw...i recently installed Documents to Go...and found it to be richer in functionality than Quick Office
