i hope no one mentioned it before, but its not possible for me to read thru the 7 pages

the problem is that most of sony ericssons handset don't get produced by them self
flextronics(also producing the xbox and xbox360) is producing most of their handsets and they can't really change the quality when it doesn't really belongs to them
this is also the reason why the decided to build all their walkman phones by them self

I've not had any problems with my K750i just i great phone. Also the K750i and W800i are produced in house not by flextronics

As , i am pretty sure u can get Flextronics to build the handset the way SE wants it, not the other way around.It's sure it's a reliability problem and i am sure is aware of that. But that's the business... cheap producing and outsourcing.
