I have 5 people signed up and only one (amnesia) has completed the offer, i completed an offer from him and i can guarantee if you complete the screen select offer and then cancel it within say a week (once the refferal has gone through) you do not have to pay a penny.
I certainly didnt i just cancelled it after a week.
