I keep getting the repeating opening screen too, and had to shut down the PC to get rid of it.
when will they pull their finger out and get this sorted?!

You don’t have to reboot your PC, just end task the mp3platform.exe from the task manager.

Just used SEUS II to update W800i to R1AA008 took a couple of tries with the server busy but got there in the end.

Just got the update service to work, and now have R1N005 on it, why is this, why not the new version, I am on Orange, so does this have an effect.
