All FW versions have English option. However onyl some the Generic World and EU ones offer Greek.
The only downside to the Asian FW is the fact that the only language options are English or Chinese (or Variant) the rest of the FW is the same or better. I have found it faster, however I have to say that unless you know the menu system then changing the characters at the beginning could be interesting, seein as how before the lang change you get all these chinese characters, and I sure as hell don't read chinese.

There shouldn't be any issues with using the phone. I wouldn't advise people to go and add the Asian version on merely because, if you want to use the SEUS service then you would have to try and do it in Chinese afterwards.
Selecting the UK region for example and trying to update my FW through SEUS comes back telling me I amn't recognised, and this is a TRADE FW not a Generic FW. It is red but for most of you I advise sticking to upgrading to Generic FW only.

how do i come to know whether i have asian firmware.
my phone says pda software version - ccxc162088 R1B01, is this an asian version ? and which one is the EU version.
SEunlock ...i live in india so can i use your service to update my phone online by paying you or we have to send the phone physically.

but why SEUS is not working with this phone, like there is a new firmware available so wehy cant i install whats wrong with SEUS software.

If you have branded software then SEUS will ONLY update you with any updates for the branded software you have.
So even if there are new versions of FW for generic users, your Service Provider must have a Branded update before you will be able to access it via SEUS, unless you have it debranded and CDA changed.

can u just develop a patch in .SIS format like a file which we can install and patch the walkman player..i seriously love this phone except the walkman player i want to do something to get this phone loud, can you develop such a patch which we can install ourselves and pay you for it.
