The desknote uses desktop components but in a notebook form factor. Don't think of it as a laptop, because technically It's not.

my classmate owns an ECS Desknote. it's primarily cheap PERO it has no internal batt. yun sa kaklase ko la din floppy drive. pero may IR and 4 usb ports. yah, it's more of a desktop pc sized to a notebook.

korek, thats why its called desknote (desktop=notebook). my dilema is the quality, support, global axis daw bahala.
its the cheapest in the market today. a lot of stores (hrm,S.O.S, pc corner etc) are selling 2nd laptops for 35-40 (cash)
anyway, im still in the office (3-11). lurker muna.
