sad to say!! looks like SE is not thinking!!! why make a phone with no new features but looks!!! sounds a lot like motorola phones!!! and I believe that the phone won't be cheap either!!, yes they are finally upgrading to 240x320 display, but why not upgrade everything else... isn;t K series strength the cybershot camera feature??? then why make a K phone with no AF or flash, even worst, go back to 2mp? that;s pathetic!

no... k series were bar phones... it was just coinsidently that Cybershot were all bar phones thus Cybershots in K series. Since SE may be planning to release cybershot phones in differernt forms, they might release all cybershot phones in the C series... but that's just speculation

this phone isn't high end remember... it's supposed to be cheaper but packed with good internet browsing features such as 3G and HSPDA... if you want nice phones people, wait for Nov 15

No new features? What new features do you want? It has a great res on the screen and Hsdpa too. It has plenty more features then an i phone.

I totally don't agree with you!

I'm especially happy that this phone can work in 4 GSM frequencies (850/900/1800/1900), also in UMTS 2100 (3G) and in addition to "knows" EDGE + HSDPA (3,5 G)!

So far majority of SE phones where either quad band GSM with EDGE or three band GSM with 3G and without EDGE. Now you will have all in one. Yes, the K850i was first of the kind (+ three band 3G), but it is very unfriendly glossy.

I'm only a bit sad that K660i weights 96 g (W890i only 78 g!!). W890i has even more feature, but at the same time it's lighter, thinner and battery performance is better.

Why not to get W890i? I just like the look of K660i much more. But who knows, how do they look like in the real life...

When I first saw pictures released by SE, I was really glad that this phone is not so glossy as K850i.

But now, when I saw this picture by Batesie, I'm not so sure. Hey, Batesie, what do you think?

Well, that picture by batesie makes me prefer the lime one a lot more.

the lime and white one is a really nice looking phone, and ideal for the high mobile web user its actually more tactile than the W890 but obviously thicker but easier to hold
