but when I hold C & I connected W910i
-USB Device not recognized
-Found New Hardware
-W910i phone memory pop up

driver is USB Mass storage Device, 7/1/2001 Microsoft, 5.1.2600.0

storage device there Generic volume, on Sony Eri Memory Stick USB Device,got 2 same

please help this poor kitty >.

guys, I can update using SEUS =^~^=
the problem is one of the pc usb...
SEUS work fine in another labtop...
arigato for who helped me m_ _m

in labtop, when opened SEUS, W910i won't startup & it dl SEMC?(correct me if wrong)driver, & SEUS detect it after that

in pc, it just started with mass storage driver =.=

im on ca039 and when i exit the walkman.. my eq goes back to normal when i had it on manual..

when i reenter walkman.. i have to select "manual" again.. but the "manual" eq settings are retained..

i donno if this is a bug or normal..

hoping to get another seus update soon.. my phone came with ca039 not ca029

That's definitely firmware bug!

I discovered it earlier on and found that it's very frustrating to reset the Manual Eq settings everytime we move into the Walkman Interface..

Tried on the other W910i, same problem....

SO, only hope is to wait for the new firmware to be released...

JJC did you use the davinci team program to flash your phone? This is exactly what happened to my W910i when I tried it. I have been emailing them, but it's been five days without a reply now.

andr3w1984 you're sure it's beyond repair? I think the moral of the story here, if anyone cares to know, is that davinci is not one to trust. I am pissed off as hell, but what can I do except slag them off on forums

Ive just updated my W910 on 02 it was unbranded and have never had any of the problems others have had.My wife has a W910 on t-mobile that has the operation failed bug.A reset fixed this and upgraded the software with the sony software.I dont think there is any problem with the W910 i think the problem lies with the operators crap software that they put on the phone.

hi, i just got my w910i unbranded, andi checked out its firmware, it is the first one i think tis rc1a029 i know for sure hte last 2 digits are "29" so how do i update to the latest one? cosi jsut went ont my fone n went update via online, and the fone went online ,but it said i have the latest..... is that rite?
