The reason I didn't include en.lng is because each FS has its own language file and there are many FSs. so what to do now:

- Download your current FS from topse.ru(or search it in 4shared).
- Follow this guide to extract FS.
- Find *.lng file in TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/LANGUAGE
