Yes only for macros is good
But for portraits its not so good
Is not easy to use, sure it will be useless for most of people.

I don't use video frequently but I liked A LOT to play with manual settings on video in my beta (like shutter speed or colour). Why did you disabled them all? Isn't it a great advantage?
EDIT: Uh.. It's ok them can be changed in photo mode and then switch to video mode
--> Manual settings kept.
BTW. A little
issue: Sometimes manual shutter setting is lost after manual focus.

maybe you should define word 'worse' first? if you're saying that something is 'worse' give ma a good proofs first
first thing: V3 = VIVID3 which means ultra colors saturation. maybe you like this unnatural effect but I don't. I like a bit improved colors closer to real colors. you don't like it? no problem, you can change it
