K810 firmware in K800, is it possible?
Do NOT update to CID53, because cann't apply patches, cann't reset Phone lock code, cann't Repair EROM and cann't make GDFS Back up/Restore.

Here's one for the K8*0i gurus... I have a k800 cid53 which I flashed to k810 using the above tutorial (which has worked just fine on other phones).
The phone is network locked to O2-UK, but trying several O2 sims always gives the message 'INACTIVE SIM'. The sims are fine and working in other phones, charged with credit etc. Inserting another operators sim gives the 'INCORRECT SIM' error on booting as expected. In phone status the correct mobile number for the sim is shown, so the sim must be being read?
The files I flashed were:
K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_RED53
K810_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_5_RED53
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_14_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_5
Any ideas?

Your phone is locked - must unlock in service centre or get unlock code from your provider.

It's always been locked to O2, never patch unlocked or anything, and worked fine before flashing. Just curious as to why that has 'locked' it even further?
Before using FAR, I did use Wotan, but that failed due to missing files in their custpack.
