Why does O2 not do £5 top ups i find it so annoying that only O2 and 3UK dont do £5 minimum. ITS GREEDINESS. Will they ever do it i wonder. Its annoying cos if you dont have much with you and you need to top up but the value is too high.

Bonovox, sometimes I question why you have a mobile phone. Either that or you're actually the reincarnation of Victor Meldrew

No offence, but you always manage to find somethinig wrong with everything O2 do, and how it's outrageous and blasphemy etc. We can't be THAT bad, can we? Surely there's bigger and better things in life to be concerned about?

I hate to say this, but I'm seriously disliking my iPhone. I'm getting tired of having to restore it at least twice a week, and I'm not willing to exchange it again (this is my third one).

Obviously, I'm stuck in the 18 month contract with O2, which I don't mind too much, but I want to switch to another phone. As far as I know, the iPhone tariff can't be used with another phone, so would O2 let me change my tariff?

Ideally, I'd like to keep my number and use a different phone with a similar (same price) tariff. Possible?

Daedalus i am a very happy person and love having my mobile but i only ask questions and i have moaned about certain things with O2 because THEY HAVE NOT BEEN UPTO A GREAT STANDARD LATELY. I cant say what i wish if i dont like something and i just thought it would be nice to be able to top up £5 instead of always £10. Thats all. I have left O2 because they are by far the best value pre pay of any network. I had a right to complain recently when i had internet problems day in day out and NEVER getting a connection. I had a right to complain when email never worked everyday. If you dont like me moaning about YOUR network DONT ANSWER TO IT. I give up sometimes.

Im with bonovox , im also on 02 pay as you, there internet service is poor i ran a speed test and got just over 220kbps on hspda im sure there still caping the speeds also its also not very stable my old k800 on t-mobile had a more stable speedy connection, also the 3g coverage is poor, its great where i live but if leave sittingboure i also leave my 3g signal, t-mobiles 3g coverage was great i had a 3g
signal pretty much everywhere.
I would switch back to t-mobile but my phone is locked & branded would cost about £40 to unlock & debrand il wait until its free to flash my c702.

Yes. Even though i think their pre pay service is best value i have been thinking of going to Vodafone. Many people say coverage is better and speed is better than 3UK or most other networks. A recent report showed Voda to be fastest and most reliable. Can anyone tell me how good Voda speed is and coverage.

I was with vodafone once their internet is ok pretty speedy but their 3g coverage wasnt very good and they were pricey
That was a year ago they might have changed since then, 3uk seem very pricy aswell 12p a text
Thats just silly & thats why im not joining 3uk oftherwise id give them ago, t-mobile seem to offer the best service & prices are good aswell.

Ive just noticed the typo error on the title Daedalus sort it out chuck,
Advise->Advice lmao

btw 3G or 3.5G is very good on Vodafone,
it's fast stable and very reliable.

ive got a Vodafone prepay sim too although ive not sorted out GPRS on it yet normal dial-up works anyway,

Question if I don't use the sim will it be cut off?
I use it mainley in my GX20 as a alarm option,

mindyou the number for it is very easy to remember
