it tkes a while to download the firmware to your PC, and then when you see the phone and %, then it's installing on the phone. So it installs the downloaded software. And that should take 10 minutes max

The phone update in my case has stuck to 99% for last few hours.
Is it OK if I disconnect the Phone and try the update again? There's a warning on the Update screen that "Do not disconnect the Phone untill the update is complete"

Well, here's another one with problems using SEUS... Looks like I was right.. unplug it now, and see if it starts up. If not, back to service

whoa!!
Finally, I gathered courage to unplug the phone and restarted the phone. And it booted.. and after Language selection, it said, it's rebooting again... and screen went blank for few seconds.. (my insides turned upside down)...! And then, suddenly it turned up.. booted perfectly fine..!

For the youtube playback, i had the buffer never ends and fail loading stream problems, was solved before the upgrade tweaking the "RTS threshold" option in advanced internet accounts setup, my best value is 256, works with almost all wifi networks that i tested. after the update all works even better.

and one of the little bugs that i found solved in the upgrade was that before, when i was seeing a youtube video and clic on "expand" to full screen then clic on the screen to restore it, the window was in black, i must to expand again to continue seeing the video, now the normal-full screen-normal is made flawless.
