Good, sharp shot there. Seems there's no softening of the lower left corner of your image. Don't you have this problem? It appears in most of my photos but disappears in the rest, dunno what to make of it. Should I replace it?

No I don't have the issue. Inside my Arc S it says it was made wk02/12 so early this year it was made so a newer batch. Guess you should get it replaced. You obviously have a bad lens issue. Love the phone and images are not as bad as you think. You can get decent shots

Does not seem to be any focus issues that I can see on mine. I think in sunlight the shots are very good. If you click on them full size they look sharp
