I think only a few people here in esato have a sola although I think it is selling pretty well. I mean, it's pretty much a bang for the buck.

So how's the performance of your Sola in ICS so far? I'm very tempted to upgrade now.

Can the LED below the screen be used for anything? Like for notifications etc like the one in U with Illumination Bar App?

AFAIK, it can only produce a white glow unlike the LED of XU and unfortunately, I haven't found any settings for it. It just glows occasionally.

yes it can be used for notifications eg missed calls, but shows up only white ..

after updating my xperia sola to 4.0.4 via update service the battery was draining very very faster than in 2.3.7. why this happens i cant understand. i already disabled mobile bravia,auto rotate.and also i kept it in power saving mode brightness in very low mode. even after this while watching videos battery is draining @ 1% for nearly 4 mins of video..... and 1% for for 2 mins of wifi usage why this happens i cant understand.
