If it wasn't for Three I would not be bothered about 4G at all. The other networks are pants with their tariffs. I got this on my Nexus 4 on Three last week. No idea why it says London on it though as it was Birmingham

London is where the internet server node is which connects you to the internet. Not your location. Mine often says London, Leeds, or somewhere else.

I wish it was sooner. The speeds will be very welcome but the improved ping will make tethering with my laptop feel like I'm using home cable broadband.

All I will need is a 4G phone. I don't like the idea of a software update though, sounds like a branded software update. What if I want to use an unbranded phone with my sim I bought specifically for the 4G roll out ??
