I agree 100%. I'm infact very tempted to swap my Z1 for the Z3C and this is a bold stament but I do think it is the best sub 5" smartphone around topping the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy Alpha.

Indeed, you don't understand it. All phones with 4K you video recording capability usually has a 5-minute limit. The Z3 Compact made it to almost 6 min with Btekt, and recombu even claims it did 10 min of recording before shuting down. Of course it got warm, all the other phones do. It's an overblown issue with the Z2 BEFORE that they had already fixed.
