OK just had an email from my contact at Cyren. She says they will have them Tuesday/Wednesday next week for sure.

@salvadorescobar - the PAYG models are identical to the contract handsets - just pre-loaded with the wap settings. I can't see that taking so long to do.
It's taking longer to release because it is a new phone & is on contract only at present. So more people go for that first & Orange get more money by selling to lots more contract customers who are eager for the handset & can't w8 4 it on PAYG.

Now heres my problem-
will i experience any problems with cyren as i dont no they get stock that orange dont want or something and thats why they are cheaper.
Why exactly are they cheaper and can i expect to be ripped off?
Does anyone for definite know that they will have them in on tuesday wednesday like prevously said-i had an email last nite sayin they expected them next week but by thwe sounds of things thats been a constant thing

Dealers get commision so they can offset this against the rrp of the handset and still make money. Orange dont give themselves commision (how can they?) So they stick to the rrp.

I had a very bad experience with Cyren, when i ordered a motorola T720 for my wife. They were very unhelpful and I only got a result after Orange came to the rescue.

I bought a P800 from Cyren and they were great. I had no problems at all and it was quick and easy. The woman who I have been speaking to at Cyren said she would keep me updated with new info when they had it, I did not ask for it, so I believe it will be in next week. She even calls me. They are great in my opinion.

as well as waiting for the t610 to come out on orange payg, i want the abyss blue and volcanic red t610's to be released, when can we expect these new colours in the uk? it better be soon goddamnit!

the Orange shop in Bradford had the PAYG proced at 159.99, all the shops in Manchester have changed to 199.99 PAYG

Any one know when Cyren communications will be getting the T610s in yet then? Ive checked there stock and it says there sttill awaiting delivery-yet there stock will not be viewable over the enxt few days so?
