I just did a Successful Upgrade and it went without any hitch..overall process takes approx half n hr with 1 mbps link.

This is what you need to do... You must install the PC Suite into a different PC.. The issues has to do with the installer not being able to communicate correctly with your syncstation.. Thus, you must try this install from a completely different PC ... I ran into that trouble for a sec, but fortunately I had a couple laptops to try it on.. Although your syncstation may be working correctly with your back/restore stuff there must be a corruption in that little 12mb installer you had to download... I would bet anything that you should have success with that.. The problem is not with your phone. Again, run this in Recovery mode...

I have also experienced a problem during the update. The problem was I couldn't install the update. It just remained at 0% all the time. Although solved this problem by removing the sim card. A thing worth mention is that I had passworded sim card. I don't know if had the same problem with a passworded sim card.

Have just updated and it seems to work ok, but none of the other languageoptions is there, I use swedish but can only choose UK English. Anyone have the same problem or is it just me? Cant find any new languages in the language updater either, can it be that SE havent updated the new firmware for the other languages?

Update went fine, only problem was on "Backup and Restore" I lost all my WAP/GPRS settings and all contacts, has anyone else had this problem? :-/
