I have had my wonderful p900 for about 3 months now. I have never taken the flip off and don't mind having it on. I love the blue keys when it lights up especially in the dark!! I am a woman (aged 30) i don't think there is anything wrong in women having this phone!!! I also have an 02 XDA II and have written some articles for a computer magazine regarding that too, so whoever says women are not techy can think again!!!!

had mine 6months now.... Just took the flip off this afternoon and i don't think it'll ever go back on... It was a big step but i'm sure glad i took it!

Ps. I nearly snapped my stylus trying to get the cover off to undo the screws. I recommend usin the sharp side of a blade (not the tip) to prize it open.

sms with T9 is faster with the flip on.
but its quite a pity that the full capability of the phone
is quite limited with the flip on.

i just decided to try using the phone with the flip off. i wish the phone was usable with the flip but most of it isn't so lets try. one thing: why does it revert to the quicklist after making a phone call from the call log?? is there any way to change this so that it goes back to the call log?
