At the events happening right now and as seen on tv, I think that the final analysis as to the final 2 choices we have for the presidential race is between GMA and FPJ - it will be a sure win for Noli de Castro for the VP. I really don't like all these 3 candidates but it surely will be that way come May 10 - my 35th birthday . . .

VP candidate Noli de Castro:

i agree that Roco'd be a good president, so does GMA, she's also good. the point here is, GMA has already started, let her continue her programs, an abrupt change in administration is difficult for economy to cope with. let's just prevent FPJ from winning by uniting the votes of GMA and ROco, let's support GMA today, Roco, tomorrow.

PERO kung di si GMA ang mananalo, i'd rather see LACSON as the president, kase ibig sabihin non, talagang walang mga isip ang tao sa pinas kaya dapat gamitan ng kamay na bakal!! kailangan natin ng disiplina!!! kulang na kulang tayo nyan!!! soooobra sobra tayo sa freedom, we're making freedom an excuse!!! kaya bastos mga tao dito, walang galang sa mga national leaders, walang galang sa pulis, walang galang kahit sa mga simpleng MMDA traffic enforcers na nagpapatupad lamang ng batas trapiko, tatakbuhan lang ng mga tsuper, babastusin ng mga bus drivers. siyempre sasabihin nyo.. kase wala ding kredibilidad ang mga pulis at mga leaders natin, kaya lalong walang nangyayari, nagtuturuan tayo, lalong nawawalan ng kumpiyansa yang mga yan kaya lalong napapariwara! mga nag pi pee sa kalye kahit may mga MMDA male urinals na, duraan ng duraan sa kalye, tapon dito tapon doon... nasaan na ang disiplina? don't you think it's time to bring back marcos? not necessarily the martial law, just marcos, marcos without the martial law.

pero GMA above all presidentiables pa rin, LACSON is my second choice.

@ex_crusader - I agree with your choice as well, but not Lacson, I'd rather choose eddie Gil rather than putting him in Malacanang. If given a choice, I'd rather choose this guy below rather than FPJ. For sure, it will be a start of the 'baby-boom' season - again !

Presidential aspirant - Ediie Gil was just voted out yesterday by the Commission on Elections, considering him a nuisance candidate, for he cannot launch a nationwide campaign - sorties, 'cause he just lacks all the resources needed! Brother Eddie Villanueva and co. are just elated to hear to news, they have considered Eddie Gil, a nuisance candidate eversince, also, his name is similar to that of Brother Eddie Villanueva, voters might just get confused. Though Eddie Gil is not losing hope as he will appeal the result to the Supreme Court. But I guess, before the Supreme Court handed down the result, the May '04 polls will just be finally over !

I'm voting FPJ. We who belong to the country's upper classes (A, B & c) may find it hard to accept it that an actor, high school drop-out, without any political experience will be the next president. But let's understand what the majority of our fellow filipinos who are on the lower classes (D & E), or the so-called "masa" are undergoing right now. They are the ones who suffer more when our economy is going down. They become more hopeless as time goes by, struggling to survive on a day-to-day basis. This results in a higher crime rate, prostitution and drug abuse. These people need a hero for a president, someone they will look up to and give them hope. In my opinion, FPJ as president will create a major impact on the greater majority of our countrymen. He can bring unity among the peope and change their attitudes and outlook in life. I believe he has the respect of the masses and therefore he can make us a more disciplined nation without using an iron fist. I don't think a rich and learned leader can lead our country by using money, brains and power alone.
Let's not underestimate FPJ.
